For the individuals who are taking the Microsoft Office ProveIt Assessment (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), I highly encourage this video. I passed my tests with an overall score of 90.75. I made sure to add the video to my favorites so that if I am lacking in an area in the future, I can refer back to this video. Clear and concise instructions. The individual teaching this video is a great communicator in the sense that he does not bombard the viewers with confusing information.

That is a great tutorial. Thank you. I am in te UK and have recently updated my system with a new laptop with windows 11. I am winding down on my windows 7 PC to eventually finish with the PC. I have uses Thunderbird for my 3 e-mail accounts, but want to move away and this Outlook is similar in some ways. My question is this, if I start using Outlook e-mail and find I dont like it, can I easily close it down again and move to another platform. Sorry if its a simple question but ar age 82, I am still trying to learn more.

Hi I have just added Microsoft email to my Cell phone, can I select it to only show incoming emails from one email address ? my problem is it is going all night and the only emails I need at night are from one sender. Great post it has helped me a lot. David

If you delete or read emails in Outlook will it automatically delete etc on Gmail if you have that on your smart phone rather than the Outlook app? and also if you read something on Gmail will it automatically mark it as read on outlook when you next go into that on your laptop?
