Psychology and Experience. The road agent stat is actually just for the AI.

In addtion, I try to look for veterans, who do have the 'share their knowlegde' trait. Because especially younger wrestlers tend to have low psychology and if they have some mentor, they can improve better.

Plans the segment. You get a better score on the match if you use a better road manager for it.

killing the buisness mod wasnt the greatest imo. really sexist and AEW bias. Fans consisly boo'd women and wouldnt take to their matches. read online alot of people had the same issues

Tbf, in real life it's relatively the same situation. Fans don't generally like women matches and rating sources (especially from Meltzer) are biased toward AEW. But yeah, I suggest Real World Chronicles. Don't do The Who, it's WWE biased.
