This is just beautiful! I haven't read all comments so someone could have already said this: On all your folded pages that you glued completely together - you could have glued just three sides of page and left an opening on the sides of each page to place tags, pictures, etc.

I bought this and the shabby chic set. (I also bought a lot of other ones!). My daughter and I can’t wait to make these!!! I love, love, love the way the pages look. The cover is just way toooo cute! I am so happy I found you! I printed out my cover and ephemera using the tonic studios pearlized paper. They look so nice. I am looking forward to this weekend. ( craft time)

I love this Stephenie! I’m going to use your shabby version to make some gifts! To keep my papers from bubbling when glueing I use fabri-tac glue or it’s equivalent. And for a great glue stick I use the big Scotch Create glue stick! Your instructions are very easy to follow!😊

Hi, I love your kits, I started about a week ago and I have purchased about 20 kits so far, I have finished 3 books, I’m hooked, but I was wondering if you can make the spine piece in a kit or by itself with bigger sizes, I’m Dyslexic and have a hard time trying to get the spine right . Please note, this is the tutorial for all of our "My First" journal kits. Your kit may look different but should assemble the same way. SEE PART 2 HERE: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pavYfKmfm9Srhcksi=KiYymddAd5xCTLp9 UPDATE: We no longer glue the center of the hidden spine piece. We glue the two side tabs to the cover, but the center (with the holes where you tie the string) we do not glue to the cover. Also, we now use Fabri-Tac Glue since it is not water-based and won't wrinkle pages.

Is brand new to junk journaling so bought this kit to try making my first journal. Lots of firsts since your kit is my first printables as well. I have a question. Why did you print on one side, fold your pages in quarters and glue? I don’t understand why you wouldn’t cut in half and then fold each half to make a set of pages? You could easily print both sides of the paper. Is the folding because you needed heavier pages? Thank you!
