And to beginners a good way to get inside for a hook etc is drop levels and come in, drop levels basically just means drop your head with your legs. So squat then bounce in and lead hook or right hook, mix it up with a jab before you drop also once you get that down 👍

I attached a slip line around the neck of my body opponent bag and I work slipping going forward and backwards in and out while I'm punching the body opponent bag. What are your thoughts on doing this? Would you consider making a video with a slip line on Bob?

Would Century Bob be something you would recommend a person who punches hard and goes all out on a punching bag?

Yes and no depends on the person you can punch full strength on the century bob but it does give more than a heavy bag if you already have a heavy bag and want to add in century bob for more precision than definitely

Hi mate great video. I'm thinking of purchasing one of these what size is the one in this video. Also can you adjust the height so that children can use it also. Also is there any negatives. I was thinking of storing this in the garden does the base fill with sand? Can you remove Bob from the base. Is it weatherproof or am I best just using a big waterproof cover. Thanks glad you enjoyed the height is adjustable I have a review video on my channel showing all height settings and the bob upper dose come off the base easily I have always used sand in free standing bags and bob as long as no water gets inside you should be fine using this outdoors the cap is a very tight screw on cap shouldn't let any rain in and this is the century bob regular I have links in the description for regular and xl bob at great prices

I think it might depend if you use water or sand to fill up the base. Sand makes it heavier so it should not move as much, but its more of a hassle to move around, I'm thinking.

Yea always sand never no if a free standing base will crack

Always focus on technique and speed if you feel your technique is perfect then you increase power if you feel technique is off you lessen power until you can strike with full speed and power with perfect technique
