Hi Darrell Some excellent tips on photographing birds from the comfort of your home. It was nice to see the Siskins, we haven’t seen any for a while. Thanks Jon and Sandra

Excellent as always, Darrell. Lots of good tips and you got really nice shots too. I do a lot of 'through the window' photography in the winter and it makes me keep the windows clean - well, the two I use to shoot through, anyhow! Lol!

I hear you. You should see the state of my other windows.

Great video Darrell, Its amazing how many different species you find visiting your garden if you just sit down and watch. Had a few siskins visit ours in the past month and about 10 bramblings are often in the garden.

I also saw a wren and a sparrow hawk that I didn't manage to photograph.

Great tutorial,i find that when shooting through glass its best to get the lens as close to it as possible to prevent reflections. Do you use manual or auto focus ? Many Thanks

You are quite right - it was on my list to say this in the video
