Yes it says I own the account and I must verify with a video before changes can be made.

Thanks for the video but my issue is that I’m a home based business and my home is in a gated community the closest shop, street sign is a good 5 min drive 15-20 min walk? Is google really asking me to drive with one hand and take a video of my surrounding with another hand? A continuous video is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of.

@@ZanetDesign i've had many problems with merchant.. same bot i think, very schitzo because of the sheer volume of people trying to mess with the system. it's not fair to request so much information and then have a buggy robot look at it and decide your fate..they are horrible and their time will come
