I stopped counting calories and switched it for intuitive clean eating and I gained 24 pounds which took me an entire year to lose again so….if counting calories works for you, just stick with it. A new lifestyle is always a longterm commitment- so chose your suffering and chose what works in a foolproof way. For me it was science (calories).
