I have done revalidation 3 times (2018, 2021 and 2024)the first one is daunting but after that it becomes easier. I always do mine online I think it just depends what you prefer as an individual and to me online it’s neat and I have all my 3 revalidation files on hard drive. Hi Nannell, Kindly do a video on how you were able to reduce your working hours successfully while in the care home. Some people make it scary, like one will need a new COS etc
