Hi, I hope Google Translate works well ;). When connecting the papers I would do step 1: connect 1+1, step 2: connect 1+1 again, step 3: connect 2+2 etc. so you always have the same height of paper.

Hi Stephanie! Thanks so much for sharing this style. I do make glue journals, but with lighter card stock, the pages get really stiff and heavy, this is a great alternative to that. I love the idea and I will have to try this out. Also the kit is just beautiful! I love the digital kits I have gotten so far! This journal is beautiful! And congrats on being a grandma! I like how you've changed up some of her techniques from fabric to paper etc and using your own very pretty designs has so put your own mark on it and made something new in deconstructed junk journals. So beautiful! Love the idea of the hinged binding for the journal. So unique. Did you use regular copy paper or cardstock for the pages you used as hinges? Looks to be thicker paper so I'm thinking it is cardstock maybe.
