Is there a video that clearly explains what heroes are the strongest? Like explaining when to get rid of regular legendary heroes for the ones with SP, X, S4, etc? Are the heroes with special symbols always more powerful than the regular legendary heroes?

Generally, i wouldn't start looking at getting rid of legendary heros or season heros until you get to SX heros or have enough season heros and SP to replace old ones. I have 2 videos that cover season heros further and may better explain this all to you

I have an older account I used to play a few years back should I start over or can I revive a dead account?

If you can remember the login stuff, it may not hurt to see where it's at. If it's far behind, it may be better to forget it and start over. You can always do both and see which you may prefer, but if your older base is far behind in everything, it may be tough to get caught up

I didn't include it. It doesn't have any significance besides if you want to have an icon to label the APC as something specific, ie strictly shooter APC, strictly training, etc. It doesn't affect the performance or give buffs.
