He was afraid that if he only swapped the lid, it wouldn't fit correctly and would fall off. With how easily the original lid came off, there was a good chance that the bottle top was smaller or manufactured weird.

I think the jellyfish turned out lovely (even with Evan wanting to add "just a little more" towards the end.) If they plan to do an extra final resin layer to smooth this piece out, I would love to see final result. ❤️️

I was kinda sad when I read you guys wouldn't post a video but then I felt a happiness in my heart when I saw the link to this video, thanks for continuing to bring us content :) I have 2 suggestion for you guys: 1. try adding time stamps on your videos. 2. MAKE MORE BOARD GAMES or real-life games/stuffs in general I'm guilty of watching the entire stream of the previous word game you played on the night before my uni exam 😂

When Evan tries the stars with the brush, maybe try a toothbrush for the same effect. Harder bristles might work better when running a finger/thumb over with the paint... be warned, could be messy

Evan's black hole almost looks like a supernova explosion after time! I think if Katelyn were changing her canvas with the butterfly perhaps she'd have more control over it? Because I think when going left to right your other hand was blocking it so maybe it made it harder to see? I dunno! The jellyfish looks sick! Really awesome!!

Even your chaos is calm enough that its very comforting to fall asleep to. The jellyfish is definitely my favorite but the only thing that really freaking bugged the crap out of me was the tentacles. I feel like you should have done another red one on the right side. It felt like the left side had more detail and the right was unfinished. But that's just my opinion. Besides that great job! I love It.

I know they only have limited time during streams like this, but I'm surprised they usually limit themselves to a canvas each. It feels like they have so many great ideas - it would be great to see them get to create a few more pieces, especially after they learn what works and what methods/ ideas they prefer.

I use a silicone. offset spatula for spreading the base paint. Much easier and a smoother result :) Love this video and Gemma is an awesome artist! :)

The Jellyfish was my favourite - that's what I pictured when they said string/ chain pull art tbh. I kinda wish they had done more pieces like that (it was bigger and distributed the colours more but was also less stressful by the looks of things).

The jellyfish can be interpreted in two ways; a jellyfish and flowers attached to a small pot. But also, your videos have inspired so many creatures designs from me, such as a fisherman creature, a jellyfish puppeteer, a creature with the concept of tensegrity, geode samurai (tho samurai was from Jazza), a defense system using lenticular lens/frosted glass... I can't wait to see more videos and be more inspired! XDYou guys are my muse and source of info for anything.

And 2000's me wore one of these for a neckless. Though I wanted mine black so I used heat shrink and then took wire stripers to cut the heat shrink at each segment without cutting the metal underneath.

ever thought about doing the chain with resin ? might be interesting to see how much it changes. for the cables i would put them up on the ceiling so they don't get in the way of moving stuff around. Especially if they get in the way of moving heavier stuff they are a pain.

9:30 , if this stream happened on the 26th of aug then yes, that day was mcc (minecraft championship) and usually more than 28 people streams it on twitch and more than 100 K people watches one stream, so its understandable if twitch is a bit laggy on the 26th, so look out for that day cuz the minecraft community is unstoppable :D

Try using a "Dollar Tree" comb to spread the white paint next time. (Dollar Tree = cheap) or a very small notch trowel. It makes it easier to keep the paint thickness even.

Ummm, use an old toothbrush for splatters of paint - works very well. Also, put a 4x8 piece of pegboard up (painted to match your garage walls) and get peg board hooks (also painted to match the peg board) so you can put up/take down any artwork/items as you wish without putting lots of holes in the walls or having to continually buy the command-style hooks. I did this in my front room years ago (the walls were cement - I was living in my parents' basement at the time) and I could change the pictures I took of my trip to England whenever I wanted something different.

In the jellyfish you should flip the piece around before you do the chainpulls and the yellow squiggles. I wish you thought of flipping the art piece at 56:40. Majority of your paint would have been closer to the head of your jellyfish and thin streak(less paint) as its tail
