These are so vibrant and beautiful with the Paul Rubens MieLiang paints~ I used wet in wet for the flower buds and added the green stems while the flowers were still wet to get that beautiful blend, use a few different values of your pigments, to create interest and depth. (darker value = less water more paint/lighter value = more water less paint )

I just bought a Princeton Aqua Elite oval wash brush. I have no idea how to really use it, but it was pretty and I have a brush addiction. 😂

Question/suggestion for a future video possibly...Would you consider making a video with a flip through of your Artisto books just to show and inspire us? I know other channels do this from time to time and it's very inspiring and fun to see as a viewer. Could be a subject for a Live for you to film.

Can you please paint easy flowers that beginner can do? I’m new but I have been painting since June and I put out at least 10 paintings a day. Love it!! I never want to stop. I watch all the videos that come out on KZbin. I just can’t figure out how to get it right if you know what I mean. I’m not wanting to give up just yet so I need help

Hi! Oh yes, flowers are my favorite, here are a couple of my playlists that have additional flowers and brushstrokes I Use for flowers. The better you get at the brushstrokes you will build muscle memory and the strokes will flow easier and easier. Dont give up, Ill do my best to guide you! Which green in the Mei Liang set would you consider to be "sap green"? Nothing in my set has that name, so I'm often conflicted on what to use when following a tutorial calling for sap green.

Hi Fcm, I would use the hookers green and you can also mix with olive green which is the darkest geren . I typically ue my MeiLiang palette daily too. I had my WinsorNewton palettesitting on my desk which I dont use daily, as its too expensive for me. I hope that helps. My go to greens are those two. I also love the MeiLiang yellow green~
