As a Christian unfortunately neither church, being married, or trying to raise kids "better" will change people truly only God can do that and there's also no way to force Christian ethics on ppl, people have used Christianity to justify hate, racism and abuse for yeaaaars and that's the subject that actually needs to be unpacked because interpretation of Christian values will always be different as well 😭😭

Kyrah-slow reps/Kailen-fast reps...word of advice-watch your wife. Women tend to focus more on correct form. We tend to focus on number of reps and maximum weight. Bent over rows are terrible for your lower back. Use the bench as leverage and pull from the floor. Same benefit.

Politics will never not affect you and your brown boys. The Arizona law from the 1800s that has been put in place but not in affect yet means other laws about brown freedoms can also be looked at to be overturned, and that for sure affects your family(And I’m looking at the point not the subject). Learn how to vote in local and presidential elections and make it a point to teach your sons also!
