You know, Kimberly, we are kindred spirits because you try all sorts of things and make different styles of journals and I just love that. I hope you will continue this project on camera. I really have loved it. And I love seeing your supplies so much. I loved that envelope. I can't wait to see how this turns out!.

You must have been heartbroken when you realised such a special piece of historical textile had disappeared, my heart sank in sympathy! Intrigued that you sometimes use vanilla as an aging agent, your papers sure would smell good. You have quite a collection of old papers to work with it seems but just the same I'm hearing you about it being challenged not to have full on pattern in your hands. I'm a real chicken when it comes to using real old papers, I'm so scared I'm going to wreck it and then it's gone forever! At least with digitals you just need to do a reprint and the world is back to rights again. I've been looking through some Australian1930s women's magazines I bought a while ago and thinking how I can use them, there are some great illustrations, but I'm still working up the courage to use them. And as for old French documents that's a whole other level of anxiety!!!

Oh I hear you about the anxiety! It feels like a big commitment when it comes to using old papers. but when I do, it's lovely. The loss of George's fabric was major. I've not seen it foor sale since. Thanks do much fof watching and sharing Norma 🤗💕💕
