Just booked an appt. with you for Sept. These videos are great, very helpful. I'm going to watch as many of them as I can before I see you in person! Good tips and yes, good cantaloupe is a wonderful find!

😂 Meg I was feeling you with that Melon. Hilarious. My hair is extremely low porosity, and I’ve been struggling with it for over 8 years. It’s happiest with conditioner on it. But when I’ve tried just leaving conditioner on it, it just dries out in no time. I need help in caring for my 4a according to Felicia Leatherwood coils. Do you final rinse with cold water, and is that recommended for low porosity hair? I keep hearing conflicting things. I was thinking of using silicones, but I just saw in your video that you said no. Also is gel essential? Do the inner sense products contain glycerine please, because it’s very dry here in London? I look forward to hearing from you, and am so glad I found you, especially since I know that your earlier years with your hair were a struggle too. You’ve truly inspired me. Thank you.

My best recommendation would be that each individual so unique. You need more information than a product recommendation. I will have a course later this year that addresses tight coils and kinks and I know you’ll benefit so much from what I teach. Much more in depth than my KZbin videos. For now I recommend you get a shower water filter (many brands on amazon) and use a conditioner with organic ingredients Innersense Color Radiance is a dream.

There is no fast way to repair hair. What are you noticing is unhealthy about your hair? What is your history?

@@Curlyhairalchemist have been cg for almost one year and my hair doesn't seem mousturized. I still have a lot of frizz as well. I live in Australia and in summer it is very humid where i am. Now in winter i still have a lot of frizz. I am hoping Innersense will make my hair soft and bouncy with time. The cheap priducts dob't do anything for me. Just ended up with a lot of product in my hsir and my hair looking oily. I have high porosity hair that gets weighed down easily. I figure i need to just love my hair where it is at. I do have some colour damage that i need to get cut off but i am still griwing my hair after getting a pixie cut kast year. Decided to just let my grey come through and keep my hair shoulder length. My hair still has some growing to do. Would a gel be too heavy for my hair? I have been thinking of trying it.
