Ultimately I am very pleased with my extreme after 1500+miles of trails and jumps and 3 distinctly different suspension iterations. That being said, it is laying in my garage as a heap of parts right now while I await improved reinforced hanger/sliders and mount. I can say that no other previous wheel I’ve had and ride felt this good and out up noiselessly with this much hard use. I’ll be excited to get it back up and running improved and better than ever. Glad you are enjoying yours, such an underrated capable wheel both on and off road.

Seams to be a lot of problems with the pedal hangers. I’m down for thicker and beefier parts but the cause for the broken parts including the demo wheel I rode (I was one of the first in the United States to try it) is the suspension linkage. I haven’t had any issue since upgrading to the loc vo suspension linkage! I do need a heavier spring but having my full travel helps with the rest of the wheel. I agree this wheel feels so good I haven’t even touched my s22 since I got it. Partially because it’s in Canada getting fixed but also because the extreme is just amazing

As of right now, I'm saving my money for the 50S version of this wheel. From what I've seen, read, and heard, there will be a lot of improvements with that version. For the time being, I'll just continue to ride my trusty little 16X. It's not fast, but it works every time. Lol

@frontRangeFloaters very nice. I'll be looking forward to your video. One of my biggest concerns is that the pin they use for the linkage is just a roll pin, and according to Chooch, it bends very easily. He said that he was going to replace it with a hardened bolt.

@@ionflow1073 I rode the one chooch broke. That day. It was the fact that he didn’t set up the pin in the right hole or used the right spring for his weight. We bent the suspension rod pedals ect. But they’ve updated it quite a bit and I like it a lot.

Let GO! Been loving my Extreme, just over 850mi and my original pillars / motor mount areas have started to wear in the ways we've seen from others in the community. Looks like Begode has redesigned the Pillars for V2 Extremes and they will be available through distributors. That's literally the only issue I've had with this wheel.

All issues with this wheel are due to the suspension geometry unfortunately. Easy fix but not one Begode seams to understand fully yet. The stanchions are plenty strong with the right suspension set up! I’d highly recommend getting an aftermarket linkage!

@@frontRangeFloaters I've had Vinces X-Linkage for a few months now! Love rippin it with the DNM-RCP2. The new Begode Coil shock has been doing wonders as well. Thing eats up trails.
