Ashutosh Tripathi The Satanist obviously is not as brutal as past albums. and most Behemoth fans love them for their brutality. but the satanist has so much raw emotion, and energy. it's hard to explain. but the album helped me to get through my break up with my ex fiance of several years. it's just a powerful, epic album. and you just feel it. I love all Behemoth albums honestly.

I have met plenty of uni/college lvl educated ppl from a middle - middle or upwards background, who fully lacked intellectual curiosity, just barely passed their exams (requiring a lot of extra tuition to do so) and lacked the ability to think for themselves. Then you have people like me, with extremely minimal formal education, due to circumstances, but who have plenty of intellectual curiosity, think for themselves just fine and are extremely well-read.

I love both Behemoth and Babymetal. I don't know why Metalheads (including Nergal, unfortunately...) insist on hating things that are not "pure enough" in its genre. You already know Japan is the kind of country that likes to fuck with the etiquettes and categories when it comes to, well pretty much everything. It's in the Japanese culture to try those things. Babymetal is one of them. It's actually a very fine band. At first I hated them because they used tracks for everything live, which is a veto for me, but now they actually have a band, it's much more pleasant. You should realy try them again with a fresh mind.

Hahaha. I've seen babymetal and behemoth live. Funny, three little girls were more mermebal,brutal and epic. At the behemoth show people were falling asleep.
