That's correct, his father on the far right and his brother on the left. Not 100% sure about the women but I guess that's his mother or step-mother standing right next to him. I know this because his brother and father was interviewed in his documentary "Fierce Grace" - which I can strongly recommend by the way :)

His mother died in 67 and he didnt have the beard at that time so thats his step mother for sure
