As a simple counterargument you cannot just sit to obtain some sort of enlightenment a lot of times to sitting will equate so you becoming more dense and heavy I'm sure that is fairly obvious so therefore the other yoga's are very very crucial and essential fundamentals to be able to even perform yoga in general
