Putting a person in prison is extremely costly: it wastes the labor from the prisoner; it costs salaries to prison keepers as well as all the facilities; it costs justice system (judge, lawer, police...) to investigate and carry out the sentence; it costs the prison's family (no more income, thus, the government is forced to take care of the family); the prisoner who will be released later in life, could find his life wastful, thus, possibly committing crime again. In short, we all should prevent crimes at very early stages, for example, education, local community, etc.

When Schrödinger introduced his wave equation, he and others thought that perhaps they had purged physics of quantum jumps-of discontinuity-since wave motion is continuous. The particle nature of quantum objects, however, had to be reconciled with their wave nature. Thus, wave packets were introduced. Finally, with the recognition of the spreading of the wave packet and with the realization that it is our observation that must instantly collapse the size of the packet, we see that the collapse has to be discontinuous (continuous collapse would take time).

This is such a humane, effective and efficient system. Letting the inmates work make them feel a level of self efficacy and worth. They may feel the motivation to continue after their release. I suppose all the videos about the worst prisons and the TV series give me a certain impression of jails and would a series set in Singapore's prison setting help to entertain and create awareness at the same time?

Suggestion: Those to whom the client is so grateful for their good service he or she feels to show some appreciation may be donating on an account, which is then used to save some money for the time the inmates are released. For example, the value of a simple food court meal. But inmates should not be allowed to promote this actively, so it really comes out of free will.

The Light was triumphing. The Light knew how strongly people felt the need for him. The human Heart was in need of the Fires of Love; that was already established as the undeniable Truth for everyone. The Gods knew their work. And above all - they knew the Periods. Being beyond Time and Space, they were fully aware of the great significance of the designated Periods by which the world was ruled. The Bright Light had broken through. He had pierced the layers of darkness piled up by human ignorance. Penetrating the dense veil of Matter, he glistened in the gloom. The Light was given birth in the soul. He was palpably felt by man.

Also at the same time providing medical treatments to inmates doesn't mean they are entitled to unlimited and extravagant medical treatments and subsidies. There are things in this world called human rights and human decency. All humans have a choice in life. Just because other people choose to be monsters or do wrong we don't have to turn into the same monsters and wrong doers to counteract them away.
