This is a very close fight, I would probably say 55-45 for Joe, but Shavkat is a very tough and gritty fighter who has previously shown he can take big punches, I got Joe by mid round KO, but I wouldn't be surprised if Roach and Rakhimov is planning to throw a wrench in the machine.

People can't moan about the IBF stripping Joe they're the only Boxing Org that don't go for the bollox other Org's do they stick to the rule set people have to fight mandatories and if you can't for whatever reason the belt goes up for grabs no matter what. It stops the division from becoming stagnant. And now he fights for it in his next fight what's the problem with that?
