I know this person personally because I have travel throughout Provo and Orem many times. I live in Provo and I do travel up into Orem at times.

So yes I know Kara Hancock personally and I’ve actually met her brother Scott Hall recently and for the first time last week as he is an officer for Payson PD. Of course I know they live around the area. I am not going to give out too much more information because I’m trying to protect other people and these days who knows what’s out there. But at least I’ve given you the truth that I do know her personally as I travel throughout Provo and Orem. I live in Provo so I know this stuff.
