I was diagnosed with lobular breast cancer dec 2011,I had severe pain deep inside breast, and thickening of breast, mastectomy, chemo, rads, only one lymph node was infected, was told it was high risk to come back in other breast, I begged my dr to take other breast off,but won't do it, ten-years clear but I do struggle with the thought of it returning. Good Morning and Happy New Year. Im going into 2022 fighting. I would prefer going on a snowy sleigh ride in Lapland watching the Northern Lights and being wowed by Winter Scenes. Oh Well, have to deal with whatever my MRI throws at me next week 5th Jan 2022.. I have a 1.5cm HER2+ grade2 lump plus a suspicious looking but clear on biopsy node as shown by mamogram and biopsy on Dec 2021. That is total shown by mammogram. I am informed Lobular is a "Sneaky Cancer" so am not looking forward to my MRI results as I think I have more then is known so far. I would like to know what I can to to fight this, diet? Add something, omit something? So far I am eating Flaxseeds, broccoli, 60g of fibre daily and apples plus seeds and apricot inner kernals, smash with something medium heavy to get the soft white mazipan tasting inner piece out. I started fresh fruit apricot kernals 2 days ago and am having to be careful how many I eat as my body is craving them after eating one. I have always hated that taste before this, I still dont like it very much. I have stopped adding sugar to anything, no added sugar. In case yous are interested in information given to fighters I am near Belfast Northern Ireland I got a leallet,"Invasive lobular breast cancer" given to me at the hospital I attended for my biopsy. Leaflet from BreastCancerCare org uk I will look for the groups mentioned. Thank you for the video I will look for the group mentioned. EDIT I was on cerelle for extreme menstruation I have been on it about 6 years not positive. When I was told at my 2nd meeting I have a hormone cancer I asked should I stop taking cerelle they said yes if I wanted but they never told me to stop or suggested in any way I should. They were over anxious to ensure I know cerelle does not cause cancer. I find that overreaction to defend cerelle more then to inform me not to take it bizarre. Hoping that helps other new fighters Happy New Year 2022
