9:52 moments like these with Checo, where he friendly slaps a team member on the back, while walking past is what I love the most about him. I noticed it in drive to survive series, that he is just an amazing, mature, humble, calm and loyal human being. Its exactly this lack of any toxic ego is what helped him to rise in RB team, as in stead of trying to beat Max, he was humble enough to learn from him and therefore be able to also drive this car fast. Amazing guy on and off the track.

I think Max will grow to be more mature from Checos influence as well. Not that Max is immature, but Checo’s maturity and knowing how to have a family life beyond racing will rub off on Max. I like them both together, they joke around but are respectful.

First let me say, this is the first video for me. 20 years back in time I had the same feeling of working in the Dutch Airforce at Thwente Airforce Base. I see this whole team as a BIG family, as we did in the days. Nobody is backing down, but they have the harmony, so to say the extra feeling . See it like a soccer game........ Some times you have the best 11 individual players in the field but they do not work together as a perfect team. Now I see the last rising stone , to put the best picture together , its Checo who is filling up the gap of the last years.

I like Max attitude towards his Co driver that's why this team will win the championship, Max has matured a lot from racing to team works. Unlike the Merc/Lewis attitude towards Valteri you can feel the cool relationship towards each other. Good decision by Redbull in letting Sergio in and I can see his happiness even though he's still in the process of learning the team.
