Visited today and it was great. I really liked the red ramen. The chef had his staff today but he still does all the cooking. His movements amazed me, I feel like he can make a bowl of ramen with his eyes closed. The gyoza was on another level. It was cooked on the teppanyaki grill. So far, one of the best gyozas I’ve had here in Tokyo. The chef is so nice and when I mentioned I saw him here on Paolo’s video, he said the fire topping is free. I bought Paolo’s hot sauce too. Can’t wait to try it 🥹🥰
