They did. Omar did all three seasons, but Edvin was unable to do season three due to other projects and you can definitely tell the voice is different. But yea , it's crazy how multilingual they are! especially Omar since he is also fluent in Spanish due to being born in Venezuela.

I love the way Edvin carefully and comically helps Omar with his English words and how Omar "fishes" how to use those words and appreciates Edvin's help.

I have never cried at a television show, but Young Royals finally did it. How am I expected not to cry when all in the same montage, we get Wilhelm and Simon, Fredrika and Stella, Henry and Walter, AND the Nils, Vincent, and August trio?? AND WHILE THAT'S HAPPENING ALICE IS PLAYING. Screaming, crying, throwing up. I will never forgive that show. I love it so much.

I think both the acting as well as the camera/cut was so good, like that intimate scene in episode 3 or 4 where they're alone in the school was probably the best and most believable intimacy scene I've ever seen, both very well acted as well as well-written. All this seeking closeness but not necessarily kissing, the whispered I love yous, just perfection. Shows a real understanding of closeness

Hi, well, the two of them are very good in interviews, especially Edvin. And the interviews must be sooo dull with these gushing interviewers all asking the same thing, and all so predictable. Sadly, I dont think, thus far, Season 3 is a triumph. I feel the writing is less good, the situations less plausible in their specifics: WOULD contemporary Sweden be so homophobic? Would Simon's mother ground him? Would the Queen just crack up? Would Wille be sooo distraught cos his late brother participated in the initiation? It just feels implausible.

😢yo encuentro excesiva la forma de vestir de Omar, se puede tener esa inclinación, y ser más normal... el no habria sido nada sin esta serie, es lo que le ha lanzado a la fama, es mayor que Edvin y supongo que su experiencia en sexo es más, la de un chico que ademas es actor.... de 17 años, veo que el en su vida anterior, la pasa a la serie, si lo vive y es esa la razón, que no entiendo nada que vista una ropa enorma, siempre la misma, se puede ser pobre, o clase media, y cambiar la forma de vestir, a mi particularmente me choca, y el papel de Edvin (principe) no se que ve en el....bajito, no tiene facciones bonitas, pero si su comportamiento en la serie...es demasiado delicado, y el sufrimiento de uno no es el de Omar, se busca otro y ya está, que por cierto (no podia ser mas feo) pero bueno no quiero entrar en mas profundidad, yo he visto varias veces la serie, pero a partir de la 2° vez, ya me dediqué a observar otras cosas, gestos, la forma de hablar, caminar, me gusta observar, y ya una vez hecho esto, no sigo a Omar en sus entrevistas, ni conciertos, ni nada, tal vez porqué no tengo esa inclinación, y no veo necesario que para cantar, tenga siempre la mano en las entrepiernas, son cosas que yo gusto de observar.

They're like so "proud" they were able to paint a "normal" picture of homosexual people, like not doing drugs or having s*x all the time. But I mean... look at Omar in real life and how promiscuous he looks on stage and stuff.... good job painting that "normal" picture. Not convinced. Young Royals is cute and all and they're great actors and I watched all three seasons. But it's painting a deceptive picture imo. Same goes for the "Heartstopper" show guys wearing makeup and dresses in real life. I'm saying this as a 43 yo same sex attracted female so no hate but just be real guys come on.

You know you can still be a men-to-men homophobic lesbian. Anyway, Idk if that is true for most homosexuals. But, the thing a stage performer does to attract fans and feel the energy of a stage is different than what is normal for most homosexuals since most aren't stage performers, or do sex, or are allowed to be together. Most are normal and hide from society, at least that is the case where I live. Thankfully, I like the show from a straight perspective.
