Facial animations and camera in cutscenes were very improved in the DLCs over the main game

Very much like how GTA V cutscenes work. The stream techniques they’ve used for the intro cutscene by disabling/enabling parts of the city only when they’re needed was really helpful for quick camera changes in slow systems. It was te first cutscene in the HD universe that took place in almost the entire map. Same thing was done in TBOGT intro (which I’d love to see in the next video)
