It would be legal if standing like demonstrated but not like how JB shot because his weight was on knees and hands. I did this in folkstyle you just have to split the hold almost like a spiral ride from the front. Its way harder this way of course and mainly works with lighter weight classes.

@@odstp1tv1pr37 you can lock hands when standing but as soon as knees are on the floor it’s illegal. That’s why it’s illegal from referees position even if nobody had scored a takedown
