He jokingly said "follow your passions" at about 3:50 time. People laughed, understanding the sarcasm in this statement because it is said so much that it has become a bit of a cliche. The reality is, however, that so little people in this country really understand what passion is. We are programmed like robots through school, trained to find "acceptable" jobs. This suffocates our capacity to be creative, and to see what our brains are really made of. Many of us have forgotten what it means to propel these qualities with this thing called passion.

Starrt with your logo. Make sure you have a solid simple logo that is easy to distinguish from every other brand. Originality is always key.

Truly inspirational! Loved the part about relinquishing responsibilities to your team and focus on one thing, so so true. Hard to trust though. I've recently launched Treefire Limited and am in the initial stages, and took a lot from this. Thanks

Well definitely take notes from the guys in the video! But most importantly, you just need to start creating. Draw out designs, make some clothes and market it. Social media opens you up and connects you to the whole world so utilize it. Check out the site for more tips and advice!

if your starting a brand do it for the art and the message behind your brand i don't want to see wack ass t shirt designs, put your heart into it and do it for hip hop culture and the people. And one more thing dont go into this business just for money those are fucking sell outs i fucking hate brands that just trow on a logo that was drawn with in 3min and screen printed on $1 tshirts and call it a brand. one example truckfit
