Thank you for sharing your story. I was treated for O.M. in my Left eye at UCSF and received Proton Beam Therapy at U.C. Davis. in 2014. I am so Grateful to be alive. The Tumor was discovered accidentally after a Motorcycle accident . In the end I did loose the sight in the eye, but not the eye itself, so far. It has been 7 years since I last saw my Doctors at UCSF Ocular Oncology. Dept. They were always so very nice. Very Through in their work, However I ran out of Funds so I've not been able to continue with anything after several visits, post the Photon treatment. At UC Davis. All I can do is Pray the Tumor never grows back. I understand so many of the feelings you talked about. It's kind a tough at times not knowing if your going to have more life, or any way to think about making ,,, Life Plans, Still I constantly remind myself to be grateful for what Life I've had, and everyday is a gift. God Bless you and your family, I'll have you in my prayers now too. Stay Strong, Stay Loving, all the best to you. Frank.
