Hi Brendon, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE for taking the time to go through each page of the loan package pdf in EscrowTab and correctly tabbing each of the signature blocks, preparing for signatures/initials, and notarizations? Is it the LENDER or TITLE CO who must prepare the loan package for IPEN? Or is it the NOTARY SIGNING AGENT who must prepare the loan package for IPEN? Thanks.

Is samsung galaxy 10 compatible with the escrowtab software? I see the list of devices but they are no longer selling galaxy 8 ultra or 8+. Just curious to know because i was approved for the platform but im still trying to find a compatible device
