Phyllis is professional, presentable and is the epitome of how a Senior Cabin Crew member should behave and conduct her/him self. She manages her team with ease and leads by example, she is the last of the team to leave the aircraft when the duty day finishes. I remember when I wanted to be a flight attendant when I was about 12 years old lol. The facts that I love taking care of people plus traveling got me really interested in this job. Now when I'm 15, I started to get the fear of turbulence haha. I'm currently trying to get in law school instead with the dream to become a lawyer. Hope I did the right thing 😂✌🏼️

I remember when flying in China , and some of the less sensitive passengers would call a flight attendant ‘ Waiter‘ as if they were waiting on tables( in their minds I bet they were , kind of glorified servants..) the ‘attendants’ always looked mortified.

Question, while I was doing my research on flight attendants, i read somewhere that hair was to be kept out of their face. What I'm wondering is why the male FA has his hair down? Is there a certain length it can be?

If the hair falls beneath your collar, it needs to be tied up, other wise the way the guy has it, well groomed, is perfectly fine

+Hugo Piette, As you are aware all airlines have their specific guidelines pertaining to grooming and what is deemed appropriate and acceptable per their standards for each gender. Male cabin crew are permitted to sport facial hair, however it must be acceptable to standard, meaning clean, trimmed and neatly groomed to compliment his appearance. The same would be said for length of hair., usually in all cases short for men and tapered without touching or resting on the back of the shirt collar. Extreme hair colors is prohibited for both genders. A polished and professional appearance in any customer service industry is vital to a company's image. This cabin crew is a good looking man, however failed slightly to follow standards.

It depends on the carrier. Ours is very strict when it comes to grooming. Hair has to be short and clean.

TUIfly is the German branch, Arke is the Dutch branch, Corsair International is the French branch and TUIfly Nordic serves Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. They all carry the TUI smile logo, except Corsair International and TUIfly is the only airline to have yellow as it's brand colour, rather than blue.

+Luke Anderson Almost right. Arke changed their name to "TUI Airlines Netherlands" in October 2015. Also TUIfly (X3) have started a rebrand so all aircraft will have the same blue livery as the others. Also Sunwing Airlnes in Canada is a part of TUI, but like Corsair International they don´t have the smiley logo. And from 2017 all the European airlines will be rebranded as "TUI" so Jetairflý and Thomson will get a new name. Corsair International will likely leave the TUI Group
