So 'Pettes de soeurs' my mom never PLANNED making pettes de soeurs- they were made with the cutout/leftover pie dough. They are made just like a cinnamon bun! Smaller of course and we felt so lucky to get them when mom managed to have dough leftover! Soo good!

We have a recreational property just outside of Hope and every year when the campsite opens our first stop is The Rolling Pin! And of course we need to buy at least a dozen donuts to share as well as the delicious fresh bread and last but not least the hotdog buns! Being able to pre-order now is also a blessing so that we can get exactly what we want! Best donuts you will ever find anywhere, thank you so much to all the amazing staff for having this piece of heaven in Hope. 💜

Hermits from The Rolling Pin are my favorite. I used to live a stone throw away, working outside always meant that the bakery smell required me to bring a small bag of hermits home, they didn’t last long. Way to go for building on the success of the former bakery Dutchie’s and carrying on and building on that goodwill!
