I was hoping to see where they tell you to lie to customers about orders that dont arrive and not issue refunds, or operate a 'Back order' process so that people send money for non existent and out of print games.

​@@Noobnity I can't speak for J S and don't know what they experienced, but I have ordered tens of items from Zatu on about 15 different occasions and I always had an excellent experience. I know these messages are going back a few months but it didn't feel fair to me that the last word on this video was such a negative one.

@@neil5683 Yes, I’ve recently bought a board game from this company and it was much cheaper than the one on Amazon. As well as that, the delivery was very cheap and quick!

Yes. I've recently had a couple of nightmare orders. Stock advertised as in stock but not, charging for 3-4 day royal mail delivery but using couriers that take a week, and then not processing refunds when orders don't arrive at all. They don't engage with negative feedback, or acknowledge complaint type questions and there are several of the same stories if you have a look on Trustpilot/Tripadvisor and BGG. I personally have 4 documented cases of employees blatantly lying to me about a refund that never arrived. I used to buy a lot of games from Zatu but they have swiftly become very dodgy, and completely devoid of customer care/service. At least when it comes to ordering direct.
