100%, the residents were absolutely lovely and welcomed us with open arms. We did whatever we could to help them out and gave them great spots to view from over the shooting days. We even had a couple of handwritten letters to our Managing Director of Supercheap Auto thanking us and asking us to come back. Reece

Absolutely loved the ad campaign and both skid factory's and mcm's build vids. Fun fact I tow on avg 3 cars/week if not from this retirement village from the caravan park across the rd which I found out is owned by the same people

It's by far the largest campaign that Supercheap Auto does but everyone loves working on it. There is a HUGE team behind the scenes that makes it all work from building catalogues to email edms, to the website, ordering stock, filling stores, setting up promos, etc it really is a huge collaborative effort to make it all work. Imagine you live there and get a visit from relatives who isnt into cars and they get horrified by the skidmarks on the little streets, but pretty sure all who are related to the residents have heard alll about it by know 😅

We've had teams out there working with the owner on removing skid marks and repainting lines etc. plus anything else that needed to happen. Reece

100% real! Can guarantee that, had many great chats with her. The residents were absolutely amazing and welcomed us with open arms. We put together little packages for all 70 houses and left them on their doorsteps full of stickers, stubby coolers, air fresheners, and even gift cards. It was a great experience. Reece
