I am actually really glad they put the main cast through so much training. While they don't have the true body of a gymnast (which would be impossible), they still look like they're in great shape and have defined muscle mass. Even Josie Loren who's really skinny have an impressive body and look like she work out a lot. It's good to see a show where girls have very different, yet healthy body types.

2022 They need to bring back the young cast and make a series with them as the parents of gymnasts. Damon and Emily had a child bring them back as the parents of musical and gymnastic backgrounds. I’d watch it! I loved those 2 together.

i am in love with this show the whole reason i watch this show is because i love gymnastics and drama its like a mix of my two favorite things and i loveeeeeeeeee gymnastics gymnastics is my life i probably will say gymnastics a million times but its just cuz i love it lol

Ofcourese they have stunt doubles, what do you think? They are actresses, and they can't learn olympic level skills in just a few months! I think that gymnastics is a sport that takes a long time to learn, and you have to start training at a very young age if you wanna be any good.

I knew they had doubles from the first stunt they did, but I don't care this show is still awesome! Kudos to those amazing stunt doubles! Wish I knew who they were though! Whats interesting is that on wiki it says that Ayla (payson) did ballet for years, Josie (Kaylie) was an All-Star cheerleader, Chelsea (Emily) danced, Nicole (Kelly) actually did gymnastics as a kid. The only thing I could find about Cassie (Lauren) was that she was a singer and actress. Just thought I'd share this info!

I love this show, and i am a gymnast so i do gymnastics alot so I know how they feel. And it actually looks real when they do the tumbling I actually thought they were gymnasts!

After waching the first seson i want to do gym again i did gym i think for 3 or4 years but i moved and did dance . I wasnt the best bcouse im no flexible but i love the bars at school i practice flips on the playground haha

there's no way that the actresses without gymnastics training could pull off the gym elements. their stunt doubles are girls who have trained elite or level 10 gymnastics for years. a couple of them have competed at the the olympics and/or worlds (like courtney kupets, tasha schwikert, ashley postell) or they have been NCAA competitors/champs, or national competitors/champs at junior/senior elite level.
