Tyler, I have been struggling with chasing my dream of becoming a Pentester, after failing my OSCP the first time (almost 2 years ago) it killed my confidence completely. However I kept chasing the dream, got my CEH in the meantime and I am going after PNPT soon. Thanks to your videos, I have been learning so much. I've been subbed to you I think about close to a year. I really enjoy the transparency that you do with the audience and break things down in real time.. I learn a lot from you but I don't have the time to sit through an hour and a half of content at times. So I'll occasionally pop in and pop out. Now about a KZbin channel. I do have one however I'm extremely camera shy but it would be nice to get rid of that fear and just do it.

Awesome video! I think you should honestly but still remain picky with whom you choose... If the choice is between not doing Sponsorships or doing Sponsorships for products you trust/like then absoulotly do it. I think the whole ordeal became curropted but if YOU would tell me you believe in something I would trust yo and it will be besacly like a reommendation rather than an advertisment. So please do them, but be advised that I and I believe many others will be very disappoitent if will feel that you are trying to sell us something rather than getting paid for telling us about something cool. And that all it needs to be: Hey this company sponsored me to tell you about X and I think it cool, here's why. I think anyone will be up with that. Great work Tyler!

Do you think living in a rural area helps with finding tech/cyber jobs? Reason I ask is because I live in a “tech hub” city, so there are a lot of opportunities. Funnily enough it seems since there are so many opportunities, a lot of people here flock to them and it feels like it all gets canceled out lol

As I explained in the video, my goal is teaching & helping people get into the industry. Honestly I didn't think my channel would surpass 1,000 subs... 🤣 but I've gained 20,000+ subs in the past year

The thing with sponsors in my opinion: Promote products and services that you already use yourself and brands that align with your values. Or products you think could truly help your audience. Pretending to like or use a product to get sponsors is not authentic. Your authenticity is why you are where you are at, people are tired of un-authentic content creators. Authenticity is the new gold. Sponsors are ok, but you have to be picky with who you work with. If one of your viewers buys a product you promote, and they have a bad experience with that product, you're reputation takes a hit. You're reputation is worth more than any amount a bad brand wants to pay you.

Brother I am making 0 dollars on KZbin my channel is at almost 370 subs, and I love making videos and putting Jesus in there also. I am not concerned with the money necessarily, but it would be nice. I just want to make videos that not only help people, but if they can hear about Jesus as well that is even better.
