We returned to Venissa, a Michelin star, on the island of Mazzorbo, in the Venice lagoon: this is a special video because we spent a couple of days together with the chefs Chiara Pavan and Francesco Brutto, to have them tell us the philosophy behind the their dishes and taste their menu, based on invasive species.
So yes, we also ate the infamous blue crab, but not only that!
