I was so conflicted. . . for the longest time I have said that David Tennant was my favorite doctor, but then Matt Smith came along and I realized that I liked him maybe a lot more. I finally made my decision though. Every time David Tennant pops up on the screen, the little girl in me screams cries and jumps for joy. David Tennant is bae. :)

It's funny because that desire to have the episode approachable by casual viewer is especially challenging in an episode where the Time Lord's regenerative nature is highlighted in a relatively unseen way. Only 3 previous stories and a minisode had done this. (If I'm counting right, which I sometimes don't)

Maybe Billie wasn't on set the day that BBC Breakfast were. They don't film in order, maybe they were filming a scene that didn't contain Rose. Poor Jenna! They asked her to choose in front of the camera! Like come on!! I know that everyone has "their" doctor (Mine is 11, I mean, I loved Tennant and Capaldi, But Smith is just... my doctor) but you can't just ask a co-worker to say that about an internationally loved character played by multiple people who all did amazing jobs. Much less on camera. On a video that the others would no doubt watch. WTF Camera guy! FOR SHAME! FOR SHAAAME!! It's a good thing she didn't choose cz otherwise the people who loved the "other" doctors would be all offended.
