I'm a 35 year old man and almost burst into tears at the ending of episode 3. That gut punch cuts deep. I also love how you can tell something is gonna be wrong with someone. oh and the MUSIC in this game is pretty much a character on it's own. I really hope we get to see Max and Chloe again. in video game form. I know they got a nod in LiS2...but I would love an "adventures of" game for them. I honestly hope that somewhere down the line we see them in another LIS game in some compacity. Yes I know we saw them in a picture in LIS2 but why not make their return helping a character with something special about themselves. We saw them bring back Steph Gingrich in True Colors so maybe we could bring someone back to reprise their role. In my playthrough of the remaster I honestly kind of felt a connection with Kate, and she could make a return in a future Life is Strange game and her role is just as big as her role in the first Life is Strange game. maybe they could develop like some sort of DLC for the remaster where there is a Timelapse of a couple days or even a month and we see how Max is doing since Chloe’s funeral, and we see her and Kate together enjoying themselves. PS: Sorry for such a long comment, but I think I may have a good idea if Deck Nine and Square Enid are willing to listen to mother idea I have.

i miss some of the old textures because it gave something special and artistic to the look of the game. Not everything needs to be hyper realistic and polished. Some rough textures added also the vibe of a story related to art...not anymore. Though I appreciate that the characters actually blink often and move the mouth instead of keeping it slightly open...

I really appreciate behind the scenes stuff, so first of all, thanks for these! One side of me feels disappointed because, if only the face animation was tweaked but not the body animation, this means we can't have a proper photo mode because, in the original LiS, when in some scenes character models are offscreen they jump places, so if it did not get full motion then we can't see them jumping, which is why a free camera isn't allowed in all scenes. Another side of me is still very excited to replay this game though, because none of my favorite scenes were shown in the previews, I do need to play and see it for myself! This being said, thanks for all the hard work improving LiS!

Honestly, few other games had such an amazing impact on my life than the Life is Strange games and especially the first one. Just seeing that they truly care about their game and releasing a remastered collection of an already wonderful game makes me unbelievably happy. In this day and age, where every developer starts shitting out shitty remakes of great Games, i really hope this one will be a great exception on the market. By how the crew talks about the game and the characters in it, you can feel that they indeed have a connection to the game, which is more then necessary in order to maintain the beauty and soul of this masterpiece. Certainly it was a tough task. Nevertheless, i''m confident that i will love the game, once again and that is something i don't say easily. Keep up the good work! =)

But in fact, they just port android version back to pc and consoles with all crippled effects and splitted levels, but upscaled textures and remodeled characters, which looks questionable at times. The only good about this "remaster" is lip-sync by real actors. But does it worth it? Ah, and not to forget, the release is full of bugs.

Love the inspiration and the words and the efforts. The remaster looks fine. I wouldn't say it's good or perfect since it does look good in some parts and in others it looks meh. I hope the final product is good as from all the clips you shown. They were really different at some clips. And the fact you are making us buy both games again is kinda lame instead a cheap upgrade. 5 or 10 bucks like others companies have done. I won't assume everything since it isn't released. But from what i have seen this could have been more. But i get you focused more on "lip sync, facial animations, expressions" and all. All the best to the team and hope to a new LiS game in the next few years!
