Very interesting to watch! Looks like a lot but not what I expected. I feel like on TV you see all of those industrial sized grillers, I never thought a weber could do the trick. Maybe I need to give a competition a try!

How I remember the days of competition here in Georgia. 1995 second place shoulder and and 2009 second place rib both were KCBS Competition. Had fun,made quite a few friends. It’s hard trying to find what kind of bbq the judges like and want. Thanks for bringing the memories back! Thanks for sharing
