Loving these vlogs. I find styling my hair therapeutic also. I do quick style days when im in a rush and when i do that i just put products on hair brush through and rake scrunch and then diffuse. I do enjoy taking my time and brush styling my hair in sections before i diffuse as i get much better results and better volume ❤

Hey, Sophie! 😘 I also find that my curly hair wash/style routine is very therapeutic. That wasn’t always the case, though. When I first began my journey, there were a lot of frustrating trial and error wash days. Now that I have it down pat, I really enjoy it! 😃

I also find my wash days to be very therapeutic, mainly because I just leave my phone in my room and I take as long as I have to in the shower. It feels quite nice 😌 I also used to style my hair with a curling wand during my transition, but now I can't even if I wanted to because my curl pattern is tighter than the curling wand 😂
