There are two things which the Sharks have got it wrong: 1. Their overhyped worry about related party transactions. RPTs are the reality of the day, fully regulated by Co.s Act and sometimes are actually beneficial because it helps investors assess whether pricing is at ALP or not. 2. Their dislike for founders doing jobs. Many founders have family responsibilities. If they have to follow their passion, they also have to take care of their dependents.
