Faye knew exactly she was getting the fastest road racer on the planet in Peter Hickman. Super stoked to see most of the Smiths racing team still there to work with Peter as I know Darren is a mega crew chief himself. Like ok for great things from these guys this year!

Aero wing effects from 20mph up according to the bicycle wind tunnel research. Given that BMW do cars and bikes that go fast, and are serious engineers, they will have done the wind tunnel research to justify the wings...

@@Norton1531 Do us both a favor, go and type MD racing into Google and go have a look, then compare it to FHO. You think the colour is the only similarities? How about the letter font and the skew they both sit oh and the fact the individual lettering is also coloured very similar.

Great to see Fay having a superbike team, she was brought up with motorsport both 2 and 4 wheels. No doubt they are going to be a strong team, that will be very well run,... very well. Enormous potential in the M1000 RR. Hope they do well, and i,m sure they will.

Watching this again, interesting to hear Hicky's views about having a strong team member, to push him. Clearly, it didn't happen with Xavi, but there are some strong competitors who took it to Hicky at various stages, through the year, currently not under contract for 2022, so could there be a new face in the garage, for next year?
