+Serenityblu23 Don't blame the father for not being there - he could hardly just have waltzed into the delivery room against the wishes of the mother. That would've probably brought him charges for stalking or harassment or something. And who has been raising the girl for the majority of her life now? That's right, her father. Not biological father, father. He does not need anything extra to classify himself as her father, because he is her father in every sense of the word.

It's interesting that Anna NEVER acknowledged this man as her babies father ,she never put him on the birth certificate and ran off to the Bahamas, Anna was not a stupid woman ,there must of been a real reason for her to do this ,I'm not saying he does not love his little girl and compared to Annas family ,I'm glad he has custody ,but I still can't help that Birkhead has a agenda of his own , he goes on and on about Anna Nicole ,which I find really uncomfortable ,as the man was hardly the love of Annas life ,it was not even a long term relationship ,yet his acting as if this woman ,was his everything ( very strange behaviour ) even to the photos of Anna above his bed ,!!!! If Anna was still alive ,Birkhead would not sadly of got a look in ,with his daughters life ,!!! Not saying that it is right ,!!! But for her to go to such extreme measures to keep Birkhead out of her life, something was very very wrong ,and I just can't shake that feeling ,he says that he wants to protect this little girl from the public eye ;but his done nothing, but keep her in it, when he got custody ,he should of shut up and gone away and brought up his little girl in private, but he did not ,is why I think their is another agenda !!!! His daughter will grow up and will start searching herself for answers, probably asking questions to the very people that Birkhead ,stayed away from, and the truth always out itself one way or another ,let's just hope his the one telling it ,!!! As it would be a tragedy to lose his daughter as well !!!!!!

Well with Birkhead around ,that's NEVER going to happen ,this man is obsessed with Anna ,it actually gives me the creeps ,at every call ,he goes on and on about her, he was definately a baby maker ,!! +HW Marron Precisely, you can't fend off papparazzi all of the time. You have to make some sacrifices. And when looking at the many ways that he could technically put her into the spotlight 365 days a year and he does none of those, he does seem to go the "as little as possible but as much as necessary" way. Because let's be real, papparazzi will go to any lengths to get a story. At least this way they aren't automatically tempted to do things that are much crazier and potentially dangerous for the child.
