I think Larry is a really good guy who was handed a shitty situation. People forget how he had to fight to prove he was the baby daddy. As far as I'm concerned he's done a phenomenal job raising his child. I don't think he's riding the "Anna Nicole Smith" train. This man hasn't exploited their child or even talked about Anna that much over the years. I knew from the beginning he'd always put Dannielynn's needs first. Thank God it was proven he's the father, because the other shady characters claiming parenthood would have cashed in had it been proven it was one of them. He loved Anna & was robbed of having a family with her due to her running off to the Bahamas. You go, Larry, there's nothing wrong with sharing your side of the story!

I met him once years ago with my dad(we're from Lexington,Ky),& he seems to be a very kind & genuine man & has made an unbelievably wonderful father. If Anna Nicole did one thing right, it was her choice in who fathered her youngest child bc she definitely picked a good one! Dannielyn has been in an excellent rated private school in Louisville her entire life..lives in a very nice, somewhat upscale..but yet modest compared to some in Hollywood..home, & has been brought up well with morals, values, & opportunity, thanks to this man. And he always speaks well of Anna & never disrespects her name in public. And doesn't exploit their daughter for publicity either..which he could've so that alone speaks volumes! He is doing one hell of a great job!

Yes she did choose a good man to have a baby with and some people think he was just a one night stand or boy toy.but in fact she really did have a private romantic relationship with him for a little over 2 and a half years up until I think she was like 5 or 6 months pregnant.and then they fought and that's when everything went downhill really fast for her after that and transpired with a very truly sad and tragic ending with their daughter being her lasting legacy.

I used to doubt his intentions ( I met him once at an auction in Vegas where he was trying to sell ANS memorabilia) but the truth is there really isn't very much value in her estate and her daughter is not really inheriting very much relatively speaking. And yet he seems to really want nothing more than raise his daughter right, and pretty privately (relatively speaking). I think he's an ok dude.

He is such a good man who truly loved Nicole and their daughter. He sacrifised his life for the love of Nicole Smilth because he knew her more than any media\people and how media protrayed her to be. He fought for custody\parental rights over his daughter Danny. Whereas Some media\Nicole´s family after her death wanted him to get away from his daughter, for the sake of her money. Not to sound rude, but it seems like he has never moved on. He used to have her gowns displayed and posters of her all over his basement showroom. I know he took most of it down, but during those interviews he said he still hasn't dated anyone in like a decade..? The problem was I think howard k.stern was jealous of anna and Larry's relationship and never accepted it from the get go and him being her attorney and confidant for a long time and who did everything for and I do think he always wanted her all to himself.but unfortunately I really don't think anna was ever in love with howard romantically imo, even though it was rumored and she did have a love for him to some degree on a business level and best friend wise. but I do know in the end when when she was like 5 or 6 months pregnant after she had a fight with larry I think cause of of the drugs and her chaotic lifestyle larry was concerned for their newborn baby and so she took off with howard and I think she felt like she needed him and anna started being defiant towards larry about the baby after Daniel had passed.I do honestly think a lot of it on annas part with howard was cooked up for the media and Howard thot it was serious but I don't think so with anna and if she wanted to be with howard she would have been with him a long time ago like that even before larry ever came into the picture.because I honestly think her and larry still loved each other and were communicating off and on before she died cause even tho he filed for the suit as well before she passed and was distraught after and trying to prove paternity.

We often forget that Anna Nicole Smith was desperate for fame. She married very young and had her son when she was 18. After she divorced her husband she wasn't there to raise her son and he basically raised himself. Don't remember exactly how old he was but he overdosed on his mother's drugs while still a teenager. Anna Nicole Smith, if she had lived would have kept his child away from him and used Dannielynn to gain the fame she couldn't get on her own. As tragic as her death was, it's still the best thing that happened for her daughter, because Larry has given her a very good childhood with a loving and caring parent, something all children deserve.

She took prescription drugs and you can overdose on them just as easily as from hard drugs like heroin (Elvis died from overdosing on perscription drugs. She wouldn't remove them because her fame came from having them in. If she had lived she would have denied Birkhead access to his daughter and she would have used the daughter to get the fame she desired by putting her in beauty pageants from the time she was a child---just like Jon Benet Ramsey's mother did to her (remember what happened to JonBenet Ramsey when she was 6)

He got a lucky escape to be honest. Anna-Nicole had Borderline personality disorder - such people are incapable of normal relationships! They are abusive, manipulative and generally speaking - crazy. Remember the interview in which he said she told him that she was the important person and he shouldn't take the spotlight from her? Quite attention-seeking and self-centered. He didn't get it this way, because he was a photographer and is usually behind the scenes.
