Just wait, this was him SIGHT-READING the arrangement. We should have the official recording for this up within the next day or two. He and I are both busy with a couple things right now, but we're both working on it and it's almost ready. If you think this is some good playing, just wait until you hear it as a rehearsed piece, with actual mics. You're gonna be blown away, so stay tuned man. Things are really beginning to get excited now that I've teamed up with someone who can help me out with this!

So Kabuki makes the tabs and you play? At any rate; great playing mate.

That's the general idea. Because of the physical issues that have happened to me over time and moreso recently, making videos has become extremely painful and difficult. And because my main goal has always been to get people playing the guitar, and playing my arrangements, it seemed a way that I could continue doing that. Because lets face it, no one has been happy with just the digital audio files of my arrangements. People want to see this stuff played and hear it on a live guitar. I understand this and to me, this is a way to make that happen while still continuing this channel and sharing my arrangements with you all.

Nice collab Kabuki! I have always admired the way you have always treated your music with generosity. Seeing you as a composer, I assume you really do feel accomplished when your arrangements are played by other fellow musicians rather than taking all "credit" for yourself (composing/playing/selling your own personal image like a lot of vloggers do). That's a rare quality nowadays, and I am really glad that you have kept your projects going forward, even if not playing them yourself! Can't say I have been doing the same as I have not carried on with a "carreer" of sorts in music, but hell am I glad you did! And I have always SUCKED at arranging... and have always found much more joy playing readily cooked UP stuff. As always, thanks for the art!! 👍

@@Idontfearyou Wear and tear over there years. I spent 8 years working in a screen printing shop as the only employee, printing t-shirts on a manual machine. And that shop had the PGA Junior Golf line of shirts for the PGA sponsored golf camps around the country, which meant a HUGE volume of shirts were going out every day. Years and years of the same, forceful, repetitive motion 8 hours a day really did a number on my wrists and hands. So, I've had wrist issues for a long time now, and painful ganglion cysts in between some of the bones on both hands. Somewhat recently I did something to my shoulder, when I was helping my mother move a storage bay, and ever since then I've been in pretty much constant pain in my left shoulder. After the most recent video I recorded myself, the Xenogears one, and the amount of difficulty and pain it caused me to get that recording made, I realized this was not something I was going to be able to do very easily anymore, and that I need to look for help if I wanted to continue this. I may make a video talking about the new direction the channel is going and talk about this in it, because I'm sure a lot of people don't really know why I stopped recording myself much, when before it's what I was always doing. So, this seemed like my best bet that would enable me to continue while at the same time, making an improvement to the channel and moving forward instead of falling back.
