Jay, I love keeping up with your channel and the Perkins' channel. They are the guys guy of channels for me. Friendly fire insults, and just doing hard work while having a good time. I know Ray is not on the channel for his own personal reasons and respect it. Hope he is doing good on his house improvements, and hope he is doing well. Love you guys!

The age old debate of teepee vs log cabin for starting a fire is like the debate for paper over the top or down the back for toilet paper, hahaha. Both methods work. As a semi-retired semi-professional bonfire master, I prefer log cabin for starting fires. And, because I have cats, paper down the back for toilet paper.

We don't have a fire pit because they are prohibited in our tiny city. We have an Agricultural Waste Recycling Device, aka AWARD. We do have a big vegetable and berry garden.
