If the bracelet is precious metal it will not stick to a magnet.

No concrete around posts. Just put a 4” puck at the bottom of hole to set posts on. Then tar or use post savers( they are awesome) from 14” below grade to 2” above ( or higher even). Back fill with soil you took out. Post will last much longer than when set in concrete.
