Another great way to have that Punt e Mes bottle languishing in your fridge: 4oz punt e mes, 1 large ice cube. Pour, stir with your finger, drink.

I usually used Punt E Mes when making a negroni. I switch between PEM and Cocci and Antica. I have to try the PEM Margarita! Italicus and Montenegro make great margaritas!!! I don't want to go back!

Been passing my guests another manhattan variant called The Slope 2 oz Rye , 3/4 oz Punt e Mes, 1/4 Apry. Dash Ango, Cherry on a pick. Conveniently, it's similar to your cocktail, but great success during service for guests.

Talke this as true for however you want to believe it. But, I was told by a Mexican imagrant that Margaritas was originally a hors d'oeuvres or Mexican appetizer. Presented as a shallow dish with tequila and lime slice around the edge to dip into the teuilal. Not my margarita.

Opens and closes the video on 'The bottle should be in the fridge'... I feel judged 🤣 (And yes, I do now keep wine based bottles in the fridge #NowIKnow)

Do something simple like Rum & Coke, and do the history on Rum.Use different rums. 🧐🥃🌹💐

Rum and Coke in some places js called the Cuba Libre. But Coke usually dominates the flavor, so what if you modify the mixer? Dark and Stormy uses ginger beer. Or if you combined Coconut Rum with Guava soda (and pineapple if you got it) Make a super easy Tradewinds.

I do have some more info on rum here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oIWwk6ynmaaSesk But definitely like the idea of a simple taste test! At Goodwater we have the Champagne Old Fashioned which is, as we like to say, the best bourbon and coke you'll ever have, and we switch out the bourbon periodically - always fun to see the difference it makes.
